Processing times (prior to shipping):
Cards, Stickers, Bookmarks, & Art Prints:
1 to 4 business days
Apparel Items:
5 to 10 business days. Most apparel items are made to order. Please allow a longer processing time for your orders. Rush orders are available upon request - please email hello@paperbackpost.com prior to ordering if you require a rush order.
CUSTOM orders (cards, prints, etc.):
Anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks depending on the scale of the project. Please reach out to me at hello@paperbackpost.com if you have a specific deadline (prioritization of your custom order is available for an additional fee).

Local Pick-Up (Free):
This free option is available same-day once your order is ready (following processing times) from 111 Pacific Avenue, Toronto. You will receive an email or text indicating that your order is ready for pick-up during the provided times.
Local Delivery (from $3.50):
We've partnered with GoodFoot Delivery to offer you safe, fast, and reliable delivery from the neurodiverse community! Your order will be dropped off to your indicated address on the same-day (following processing). This option is available ONLY for Toronto addresses. This does not include Mississauga, Scarborough, North York, etc. If you are unsure if your qualify for this option, please contact me at hello@paperbackpost.com
Lettermail (Free, No Tracking - Canada ONLY) *Available only for orders of 3 cards or less, plus stickers and bookmarks*
Canada: 3 to 6 business days (Excluding any COVID-19 related delays or other shipping delays)
Shipping (Cost, With Tracking):
Canada: 1 to 10 business days (options available at check-out)
USA or International: 1 to 14 business days (options available at check-out)
